9th March 2011 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: westerly Wind Stength: 20-25 mph Surf / Sea State: 2ft Air Temperature: 7 C Sea Temperature: Weather: sunny Max Speed: 18.8 (knots - unless stated otherwise) Distance Covered: 5.9 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise) Went out with Al on my 5.5m ezzy which was just enough to get me going. Had a few little blasts up and down but then the wind dropped a little so i put up my 6.6m north sail which got me a bit more speed. Whizzed up to the mouth of the estury a few times but when my mast foot decided to open causing my board to go into shore, i called it a day. |
